Terms of Service

Last Updated in 26/03/20261-General terms•I have the right to deny any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason (you will receive a full refund).
•All drawings may or will include a signature that you may not remove.2- Process•Once you place your order, you will be granted a spot at my Commission Queue
•I’ll be contacting you through your preferred method of communication for discuss your commission
•Each slot usually take 1 to 2 weeks to be finished.
•I’ll be needing reference images to be able to draw your character(s). Reference sheets are greatly appreciated.
•I’ll try to answer you as quick as possible, but be aware of time zones.
•Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size. Note that there is no physical product. For 3D pieces you will receive only renders, character model files only if quested, not the scenery blender flies.3- Payment and refunds•If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
•If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
•The buyer is not allowed a refund once the sketch has been approved.
•Payment is made through PayPal and the currency used is USD.4- CopyrightI,as the artist, claim the rights to :
•Promote myself with it everywhere
•Publish books with it (artbooks, etc.)
•Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)
•Post it wherever I want.The buyer is allowed to:
•Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
•Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.
•Use the artwork to promote themselves. You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated.
•Use the artwork on their YouTube/Twitch channel and monetized videos.The following is considered copyright infringement:
•Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.
•Claiming the artwork as your own.
•Removing my signature from the artwork.
•Altering the artwork without my consent.
•creating NFTs or using/editing it on AI generators.I reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon.If the buyer breaks any of the terms stated above they will lose all the before mentioned rights to the work, and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit.5-Do's and dont's• I WILL Draw:
Anthros, Ferals, Original characters, Fanart.• I WON’T Draw:
humans, Discrimination/Hateful content, NSFW, Fetishistic / Sexual content, Gore, Imitation of other art styles or artists.

3D Model Terms of Service

Last Updated in 26/03/2026All my regular terms of service still apply to this product.General information-The model comes in a .Blend file with a basic rig, shape keys and 1 clothing style.
-If I made your model for YCHs it doesn't mean you will have it's files, you have to request by asking or marking that option at the forms, paying for each character individually.
-You need to have Blender 4.0 ou above and know at least how to navigate to use it.
-This is not a base model, selling edits or custom assets are not allowed.
-Small edits are okay.
-If you want me to edit you model you can apply for it when commissions are open for a small fee or for free purchasing another ych with it.
-You can 3D print it, use on animation or renders, as long it's for personal use, not for selling.
-I don't provide the scenery files.the buyer is allowed to:
• Use the model for personal use unless agreed otherwise.
• Export and use the model as your personal avatar as a Vtuber or VrChat or pay someone of thrust to export.
•Claim the character(s) as their own, but not the model itself.
•Use the renders to promote themselves. You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated.
•Use the model as a Vtuber or VRChat on their YouTube or Twitch channel and monetized videos.The following is considered copyright infringement:
-Redistribute or sell any part or file associate with it.
-Claiming the Model as your own.
-Use it for commercial purposes.
-Use it to create any type of Discrimination/Hateful content.
-creating NFTs or using it on AI generators.
-Make any form of artwork that bears any tracing resemblance to this avatar, which includes drawing, modeling, texturing, sculpting, and other related activities.I'm not responsible for misuse of the Model.By purchasing, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions above.

Illustrations :

The files you receive include:
• Full resolution Image

3D Dioramas :

The files you receive include:
• MP4 Video of the diorama
• MP4 Video of each character separated (if supported)
• Image render of the diorama and each character
• Image render of more angles
• 4K resolution image (wallpaper version)
• Custom angle image renders (Ask!)• No .blend files included.

Animation Scenes :

The files you receive include:
• MP4 1920x1080 resolution video of the animation
• MP4 1920x1080 resolution video of looping versions
• MP4 vertical version of the animation (1370x1460)
• Image renders of the Scene
• 4K resolution Image or any resolution you prefer
• Custom angle image renders (Ask!)• No .blend files included.

Model Files:

The files you receive include:
• .Blend File of your character for Blender 4.0 or above

                                                       Discounts:
• 2nd character for YCHs are free.
• After your character gets modeled (latest version) you
  get -$35 at all other YCHs or to get their files.
